A live chat is a service that allows you to talk online with one of our Certified Nurse Midwives. The one-on-one conversation takes place in real time as you and the Certified Nurse Midwife type in questions and answers.
HOW DO I BEGIN A CHAT?
Before you start your chat, please review the PRIVACY STATEMENT and TERMS AND USE AGREEMENT complete the pre-chat questionnaire on the HOME page. This will help the Certified Nurse Midwife answer your question more quickly and accurately. You need to include your phone number and/or email address in case the chat is disconnected unexpectedly. Please take the time to complete the SURVEY, your feedback helps us improve our service to you.

HOW CAN I GET A TRANSCRIPT OF THE CHAT?
At the end of your chat, you will be asked to complete a brief post-chat survey and have an opportunity to ask for a transcript to be e-mailed to you and your physician.
